CONTRACTOR’S ALL RISKS (CAR)
CAR offers comprehensive protection against loss or damage in relation to the contract works, construction plant and equipment and/or construction machinery. This policy covers construction works on office buildings, schools, residential buildings, roads and bridges, dams, canals and other civil engineering works. We also provide an “all risks” policy that covers for any sudden and unforeseen loss or damage to the property insured on the project site.
ERECTION ALL RISKS (EAR)
Offers full protection against all the risks involved in the erection of machinery, plant and steel structures of any kind and any other electro-mechanical works. Almost any sudden and unforeseen loss or damage occurring to the insured property on the project site will be indemnified. The policy may also include test operation or test loading (for brand new machinery only) or maintenance period.
